Where we ship
We currently ship across India. If you're outside India and would like a saree shipped to you, write to us at shopikkatm5@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help.
Processing time
Each saree is quality-checked and packed with care before it leaves us. Orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days of order confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays). During sale periods or festive season, dispatch may take a little longer.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 5–9 business days, depending on your location — metro cities are usually faster, and remote areas may take a couple of days longer. You'll receive a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as your order ships.
Shipping charges
We offer free shipping across India on all orders — no minimum order value required.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on all orders up to Rs. 10,000. You can pay in cash or by card/UPI to our delivery partner at the time of delivery.
Delays
Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to weather, courier disruptions, regional restrictions, or high-demand periods like festive season. We'll keep you updated by email if this happens on your order.
